Quotes
We quote every job before starting work. The quoted price covers the job as described. If the job differs on arrival, we re-quote and proceed only with your agreement.
Verification
We verify ownership or tenancy before opening any lock, door, car or safe. If we can’t verify, we can’t proceed — no exceptions.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is complete and you’ve tested the work. We’ll confirm accepted payment methods when you call.
Renters
If you rent your property, you’re responsible for having any permission your tenancy contract or building management requires before we change locks. Ask us if you’re unsure — we’ll tell you what to check.
